We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Dakota Medical Corporation.
Job Summary:The Medical Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers. This role will involve managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and families, manage patient flow, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage waitlists, and coordinate with healthcare providers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to patients, families, and healthcare providers, both verbally and in writing.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and supply management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in electronic medical records and spreadsheet software.
- Work Environment: Health care institution, facility, or clinic.
