We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Dakota Medical Corporation.
Job Summary:The Medical Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals. This role will involve managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and direct them to the appropriate areas.
- Phone Management: Answer and respond to phone calls, take messages, and relay information to staff members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, appointment schedules, and billing details.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, scheduling appointments, and sending invoices.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in electronic medical records and spreadsheet software.
This role is based in a healthcare institution, facility, or clinic, and requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
