About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Financial Growth Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales or business development.

As a Financial Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our partner network across Canada. You will engage with potential partners via phone, email, and virtual meetings, showcasing our cutting-edge technology and financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively schedule and coordinate appointments for Senior Business Development Representatives with prospective partners.
  • Utilize your prospecting skills to identify and qualify new leads.
  • Make a strong first impression as you introduce decision-makers to our innovative solutions.
  • Play a supportive role in assisting Senior Representatives to seal the deal with new partners.
  • Manage and process partnership documentation with precision and care.

Requirements:

  • Educational or professional background in sales or business development.
  • Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and making outbound calls will set you apart.
  • A passion for achieving targets and thriving in a results-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to engage effectively with partners.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, Soft Phones, Virtual Meeting platforms, and Digital Contract Signing tools.
  • Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
