Strategic Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced Director, Business Initiatives to drive strategic growth and optimize operations within our company.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for identifying and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and optimize operations. You will work cross-functionally with various departments to implement new business opportunities, streamline processes, and ensure our strategic goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Initiatives Development: Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives, including launching new products, entering new markets, and enhancing existing business lines.
- Project Management: Manage the execution of strategic projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate resources, manage stakeholder expectations, and troubleshoot challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and drive alignment across the organization.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. Lead process redesign and automation efforts to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or project management within the financial services or lending industry.
- 5-10 years of experience in strategy or operations, with a proven track record of driving successful business outcomes.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- An analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with project management and business analysis tools.
- Strong financial and business acumen.

Salary and BenefitsThis role comes with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
