Job Overview

Constant Home Comfort is seeking an experienced and skilled Leadership Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, preparing and submitting reports, ensuring smooth operation of equipment, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze work performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Analyze and report on work data to inform decision-making.
RequirementsEducation and Experience:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership development role or similar position.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities.
Benefits:
