About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to join our team at The Leadership Agency as a Chief Growth Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive growth and maximize profits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Drive lead generation through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event promotion.
  • Work closely with product management to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Budget management: efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI) and drive growth.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Seasoned marketing leader with a track record of success in driving growth within high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience working in high-velocity sales and marketing environments.
  • Director-level experience.
  • A leadership philosophy focused on people and culture development.
  • Exceptional strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to capable of translating visionary concepts into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working closely and aligning revenue goals with sales.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving innovation and challenging the status quo.
