We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter Supervisor to join our team at Trigrand Inc.

This permanent full-time position involves supervising workers and projects on construction sites, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field, with excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong technical knowledge of building codes and regulations is essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

About the Job

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of construction site personnel, including carpenters, laborers, and equipment operators.
  • Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Train and develop junior staff members, promoting their growth and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to improve workflows, productivity, and quality control processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (not required but preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in carpentry or a related trade, with a focus on supervision or management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as needed.
