Site Laborer Position in a Dynamic Construction Environment

Crew on Site Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. As a Site Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction laboring and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles
  • Assisting with site preparation, including cleaning and clearing areas
  • Participating in the construction process, including framing, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Reading blueprints and production drawings to ensure accuracy

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is a team player, able to work collaboratively with our crew members to achieve project goals. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in construction laboring
  • A valid Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
