Construction Labourer

Toronto, Ontario, Canada Crew on Site Inc. Full time

Crew on Site Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials. You will also be required to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.

Work Site Environment

The work site environment will be outdoors, noisy, and dusty. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle heavy loads. You must be physically demanding and have excellent hand-eye coordination.

Equipment and Machinery Experience

You will be required to operate chippers, nail guns, drills, and hand tools. You must have experience with these types of equipment and machinery.

Construction Specialization

The construction specialization will be industrial, commercial, and institutional, as well as residential. You must have experience in these areas and be able to work in a variety of settings.

Transportation/Travel Information

You will be required to own transportation and be able to travel to different work sites. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive safely.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

You will be required to work in a physically demanding environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.

Weight Handling

You will be required to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs). You must be able to lift and carry heavy loads safely.

Personal Suitability

You must have excellent oral communication skills and be able to work independently. You must also be dependable, flexible, and reliable.
