Job Title: Construction Laborer - Site Development SpecialistSalary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Construction Laborer to join our team as a Site Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as assisting in the alignment of pipes during pipeline construction.

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to various locations on site;
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to specified thicknesses;
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, ensuring accuracy and precision;
  • Help medical examiners with tasks and responsibilities as needed;
  • Participate in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced professionals;
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring even surfaces for construction projects;
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, adhering to safety protocols and regulations;
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a safe working environment;

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, where physical demands are high. You must be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
