  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track activities and manage customer interactions.
  • Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads and opportunities to drive conversions.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze and monitor sales data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Professional Development: Participate in training and professional development.
  • Results-Oriented: Manage in-store visits and corporate responsibilities to achieve results.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Regularly present KPIs and comprehensive business reviews to Field Sales director.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of field sales experience.
  • Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Financial Acumen: Financially astute.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the retail pharmacy landscape is an asset.
  • Residency: Reside within close proximity to the territory boundaries.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relationship Building: Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills.
  • Attitude and Initiative: Positive attitude, proactive, with a sense of urgency and initiative.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • CRM and Business Intelligence Tools: Knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Time Management: Ability to balance corporate responsibilities with field sales activities.
  • Presentation and Business Review Skills: Demonstrated ability to present to management and conduct business reviews.
