About Reliable Parts - Canada
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Reliable Parts - Canada. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the activities of the branch location, optimizing service levels and managing branch P&L
- Develop and implement business plans to include operational and sales forecasts along with financial objectives for the branch
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the physical inventory, perform physical branch inventories as needed
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a qualified staff within defined headcount parameters
- Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximizing employee morale and productivity
- Ensure all work required (including discrepancy processing) is completed efficiently, accurately, and timely
- Manage day-to-day work, processes, payroll, attendance, time off, evaluations, discipline, and hiring decisions
- Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation to improve branch performance
- Ensure proper working order of all facility resources and ensure the company meets all lease obligations
- Maintain building operations to comply with all regulatory obligations
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform in a stressful and demanding environment
- Ability to motivate, lead, and develop staff
- Minimum of 5 years prior supervisory experience desired
- Minimum 4 years customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook)

Physical Requirements:
- Must have regular, consistent, and predictable attendance

- Must be able to maintain significant activity levels for extended periods of time
- Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to utilize office equipment/computers
- Ability to communicate with supervisors, employees, and customers
- Frequently required to stand and walk short and long distances
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
