About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through engaging product demonstrations, providing top-notch customer service, and promoting our products in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Demonstrations: Organize and conduct in-store sampling events that showcase our featured products in a compelling and appealing way.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, provide detailed product information, and encourage purchases by highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of our products.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our brands and products to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to customers.
  • Setup and Cleanup: Ensure product displays are organized, visually appealing, and meet food safety protocols.
  • Sales Support: Direct interested customers to the correct aisles for purchases, providing seamless support throughout the shopping experience.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company and store guidelines, ensuring all demonstrations meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Food Handlers Certification: Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Food Handlers Certification (FHC).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales-Driven Approach: Strong sales acumen and proactive approach to promoting products, driving sales growth, and meeting targets.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive, energetic, and lively demeanor, even in challenging situations.
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail, promotions, or customer service is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Hourly Wage: Earn an estimated $18.00 per hour, plus vacation pay, based on location and performance.
  • Flexible Schedule: Work varied part-time hours between 12-18 hours per week, with opportunities to work Saturdays and Sundays from 12 PM - 6 PM, and possible weekday shifts on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in the future.
