Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school diploma and at least one year of experience in a food service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure quality control standards are met
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma
  • At least one year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
