Your Role as Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will work as part of a small team to build beautiful product displays and provide the best in-bakery experience to our customers. You will also be responsible for keeping the bakery organized, clean, and contributing to a great customer experience.

What You Will Do

  • Work with your team to create visually appealing product displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Learn about our products and sales and merchandising techniques
  • Assist with preparing pastries, scones, pizzas, and other baked goods

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing great customer service and quality products. You should have a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and passion for learning. Relevant retail experience is desirable, but not required. We provide training to anyone with a can-do, can-learn attitude.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include continuous standing and walking, constant use of both hands, and frequent lifting and carrying of up to 10kg and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 22kg.
