CMC Electronics is seeking an experienced Electrical Hardware Development Manager to lead our Core Hardware team in the planning and execution of innovative electronic hardware solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of multi-discipline hardware development staff, supporting direct reports in meeting their on-time delivery commitments, and fostering technical and professional growth for the design team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of multi-discipline hardware development staff
  • Supporting direct reports in meeting their on-time delivery commitments
  • Fostering technical and professional growth for the design team
  • Communicating and supporting the development and implementation of CMC process and efficient product development practices
  • Participating in product lifecycle management and strategic planning

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Ten years of experience in Electrical Hardware development for commercial and/or military aviation applications
  • Leadership qualities, organizational skills, analytical skills, urgency, flexibility, ownership, and a strong work ethic
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts, risk management, estimating concepts, and industry practices
