Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise, assign sales workers to duties, and authorize return of merchandise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Rural area, retail business.
