About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Parkway Motel & European Lodges. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the efficient operation of our housekeeping department.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
