Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel to maintain a skilled workforce.
- Supervision: Direct and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections of sites to verify adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Service Recommendations: Identify and arrange for additional services such as maintenance, repairs, or renovations as needed.
- Financial Oversight: Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations.
- Payment Processing: Handle transactions for specialized cleaning services.
- Assistance: Support cleaning staff in their duties as required.
- Collaboration: Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
