We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement operational procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotel staff and management to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and manage budgets and payrolls for the housekeeping department.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of service.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
- 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
