Job Title: Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement operational procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and departmental policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hotel staff, guests, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and payrolls for the housekeeping department.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals for housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
