Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement operational procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with housekeeping staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare and manage budgets and payrolls for the housekeeping department.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate in-house laundry services to ensure timely and efficient processing.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
