The salary for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing training and development strategies, overseeing the analysis of employee data and information, and compiling data, statistics and other information.

You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents, and providing customer service.

This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in an administrative capacity, preferably in an immigration-related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
