About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled office administrative professional to join our team at AJE Rai Professional Services Inc. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to telephone and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and information filing systems, utilizing MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
