Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Sam Inns. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and assign work to staff, reviewing their performance and providing feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Hire and train new staff members, teaching them our safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of our computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Procure materials and supplies to ensure our motel runs efficiently.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of 3-4 people. You will need to be able to stand for extended periods and have excellent attention to detail.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, and team player.
- Permanent work term.
- Work language: English.
- 40 hours per week.
