Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Sam Inns. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our motel, hotel, and resort properties.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work of team members to ensure efficient operation of the motel, hotel, and resort.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervision and Teamwork
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes client focus, dependability, and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting
- Rural area or urban area.
- Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
