Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Sam Inns. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and assign work to staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members, providing guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that our motel is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
As a Motel Managing Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of 3-4 staff members. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have excellent attention to detail.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
