Motel Operations Manager

At Sam Inns, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and assign work to staff, reviewing their performance and providing feedback.
- Hire and train new staff members, ensuring they understand their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that our motel is well-stocked and ready to meet the needs of our guests.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
