Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, supervise and check assembly of trays, and establish work schedules.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
