Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Soo Sushi. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation

Lead a team of food preparation staff to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.

Estimate Ingredients and Supplies

Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure seamless meal preparation and minimize waste.

Quality Control and Assurance

Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all food and service meet our high expectations.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our culinary operations.

Food Order Summaries and Tray Assembly

Prepare detailed food order summaries for our chefs and oversee the assembly of trays to ensure timely and efficient service.

Delivery and Scheduling

Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys and establish work schedules to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or culinary role

Language

English

Work Hours

30 to 44 hours per week
