Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team at Best of Stone Baked Pizzeria Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and submit reports on food sales, stock, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Personal Suitability:
- Client focus and excellent customer service skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 35 hours per week
