Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ultramar & Express. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the work of sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
- Authorize Payments and Merchandise Returns: Process payments and returns in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Order Merchandise and Maintain Inventory: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish Work Schedules and Supervise Staff: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, and provide guidance and support to sales staff to help them meet their performance goals.
- Prepare Sales Reports and Analyze Data: Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
