Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
- Equivalent experience in a related field
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
