Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ultramar & Express. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
