The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is a leading mental health and addiction teaching hospital, as well as one of Canada's largest training grounds for mental health professionals.

About the Role

This is a contract position (3 years) with CAMH. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will provide oversight, coordination, and support for the development and enhancement of Integrated Youth Services (IYS) across Ontario communities.

As an Integration and Implementation Lead, you will collaborate with community partners, service providers, youth, and families to build IYS capacity by sharing best practices, facilitating knowledge exchange, and offering tailored, hands-on readiness and implementation support.

This role involves employing expert knowledge on principles of equity, outreach, meaningful engagement frameworks, and proficient assessment and addressing of community needs to lead various activities.

You will also be responsible for providing Ontario communities interested in the YWHO model of care with access to knowledge, evidence, and resources to support IYS readiness, capacity building, and program development relating to YWHO core components and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge on principles of equity, outreach, meaningful engagement frameworks, and proficient assessment and addressing of community needs
  • Collaborate with community partners, service providers, youth, and families to build IYS capacity
  • Develop, refine, evaluate, and mobilize support and readiness materials for Ontario communities
  • Employ expert knowledge on principles of equity, outreach, meaningful engagement frameworks, and proficient assessment and addressing of community needs

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including youth, families, and community partners.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in mental health and addictions services, with a focus on community-based initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a strong understanding of quality improvement principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders

This role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Driver's license required for travel to communities across the province.
