  • Act as the primary liaison for our distribution partners placing orders.
  • Process purchase orders and address customer inquiries promptly, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
  • Foster strong relationships and communicate effectively with all internal teams.
  • Be a positive team member, sharing responsibilities and knowledge with colleagues.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing initiatives related to specific products or information gathering as needed.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics as outlined in the Customer Service scorecard.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field; significant relevant experience may be considered equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills are essential.
  • Must be results-oriented, emphasizing safety and quality in daily operations.
  • High attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and a strong customer focus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
