About the Role
As a Senior Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals. Your primary focus will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and assisted
- Contribute to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities, including opening day-to-day accounts, fulfilling pre-approved credit opportunities, and processing GICs
- Nurture rich, long-standing relationships with customers
- Be a technology expert, sharing knowledge with customers and introducing them to our mobile banking applications to better manage their banking needs
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
- Technical skills, including proficiency in digital banking platforms and a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new technologies
- Previous banking experience is an asset, but not required
