Job Description

Permasearch, a TPI Company, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Serve as a key support pillar/contact point for our customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, understanding needs and liaising with internal teams to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Monitor all orders and freight status to ensure timely delivery, processing orders and changes in our system with accuracy.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining causes, and selecting the best solutions.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with our Asian office to ensure clear communication of orders, shipments, and logistics for our customers.
  • Product Development: Work closely with Engineering and Production to ensure new product developments are correctly translated into the system and into production.
  • Marketing Support: Support various marketing activities that support our brand and customer experience.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Customer Success Experience: 1 year minimum (2-3 years preferred).
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Both verbal and written.
  • Language Requirements: English required (Mandarin and/or Spanish beneficial).
  • Manufacturing Experience: Experience working in a manufacturing-based/Business-to-business customer setting.
  • Project Management: High level of competence managing complex projects and multi-customer tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: An attention to detail and passion for accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Customer Success Knowledge: Knowledge of best practices in customer success and retention.
  • Professional Demeanor: Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and using the appropriate tools to complete tasks.
  • NetSuite Experience: Experience using NetSuite is beneficial.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a growing and changing environment.
