Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Cam Transport Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our transportation operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
  • Manage mail and other materials, and maintain inventory
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to employee inquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
