Senior Aviation Recruitment Specialist

GardaWorld is seeking a skilled Senior Aviation Recruitment Specialist to join their team in Mississauga, Ontario. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle for screening officers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the recruitment team to monitor all screening officer recruiting activities and progress.
- Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline of candidates using SAP SuccessFactors to support staffing requirements and ensure quality and compliance.
- Sources and recruits candidates by leveraging databases, social media, and community partnerships.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Ensure effective participation with colleagues in the development of program activities to stay current with regulatory requirements within the scope of the recruitment program.
In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain effective relationships with aerodrome operators and pass offices, working effectively with them in participating in career fairs. You will also be responsible for adhering to systems, processes, and policies in support of GardaWorld's vision and programs.
Requirements:- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume recruitment role.
- Diploma/Degree in a related field such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with applicant tracking system(s) and online testing platforms.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting processes and priorities.
- Understanding of administrative processes related to recruitment with a demonstrated ability to work within a regulatory and compliance-driven environment.
