We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at New Millenium Tire Centre Alberta Ltd. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents; receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
  • Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents; process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically; send and receive messages.
  • Office Organization: Prepare and format page presentation; compile data, statistics, and other information; prepare invoices and bank deposits.
  • Client Support: Provide general information to clients and the public; photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Computer Skills: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Windows.
Work Environment:
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment; work under pressure; tight deadlines; repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking; sitting; attention to detail.
