Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow
  • Organize and assign tasks to team members to ensure timely completion
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and progress
  • Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and resolve any technical issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and achieve common goals
  • Offer mentoring and guidance to team members to support their professional development
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
