Food Service Team Lead

Subway Radium is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Establish and maintain a positive work environment, fostering a team-oriented culture and promoting open communication.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
- 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Work Schedule:40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
