Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Radium. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Establish work schedules and provide support to staff in their roles.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
