Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Radium. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food products
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement
- Establish and maintain a positive work environment, fostering a team-oriented culture
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
- 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the business
