Food Service Management Position

- Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement efficient food service operations to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Supervise and co-ordinate staff who prepare and portion food to maintain high-quality standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Estimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Develop and implement work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
- Monitor and address customer complaints or concerns to maintain positive customer relations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, including kitchen and food service helpers.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in food service operations.

- Standing for extended periods and attention to detail required.
