We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Artlite Inc. This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Summary
The Support Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, coordinating events, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as needed.
- Office Supplies Management: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Scheduling Appointments: Schedule appointments for team members and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including compiling statistics and information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
