Support Services Coordinator

Camax Optical Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, open and distribute mail, plan and organize daily operations, establish and implement policies and procedures, record minutes of meetings, schedule appointments, and perform data entry.
- Customer Service: Respond to employee questions and complaints, provide customer service, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1-6 months.
- Certifications: N/A.
