University of Toronto seeks a Recruitment Officer – Equity, Outreach and Support to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Director, University Student Recruitment - Equity & Outreach to develop and implement strategies to recruit well-qualified students from under-represented groups. Key responsibilities include gathering information on successful recruitment strategies, building and maintaining knowledge and data related to recruiting students from underrepresented communities, and providing admissions counselling to prospective students. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of University of Toronto's commitment to equity and a proven track record of conducting recruitment presentations to diverse audiences. Excellent computer skills and experience with web content development, data collection, and statistical analysis are also essential. The successful candidate will be a reliable and flexible team player with a strong interest in social media communications. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel are mandatory.
