We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Planning Manager. This is an unparalleled opportunity to lead and manage one of the largest renewable energy businesses with decades of history while contributing to the global need for sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize HR service delivery processes within the shared service environment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services, including payroll processing, employee onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management in HRIS.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR administrators responsible for delivering shared services to clients in Canada and the US.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR services to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and implementation of self-service tools to streamline HR delivery.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, HR business partners, and managers to understand their needs and expectations for the HR services.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers supporting HR service delivery and ensure compliance with corporate requirements.
  • Utilize HR analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs and identify trends to assist with decision making.

Requirements:

  • Excellent experience working on the quantitative side of HR practice.
  • Thorough knowledge of compensation, HR analytics, and HRIS.
  • Proven team player with a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience.
